Biography[]
This unnamed scientist was a member of the Thaloomian race from Dimension Z. He answered to the race's leader, known as The Supremacy, and was a successor to a previous scientist who had failed The Supremacy in the past, and was subsequently beheaded.
The Supremacy coveted the secret to Earth's atomic power. In the past the scientist's predecessor had kidnapped Earth scientists and tried to force them to reproduce their technology, but this always met with failure. They decided to bring atomic weaponry directly to their world, however, the Thaloomians did not have the means to transport atomic weaponry from Earth to Dimension Z. The process of interdimensional transport neutralized radioactive matter. The Thaloomian scientist speculated that if they had acquired a courier who was already infused with radioactivity, it might negate the neutralization effects. They posited using the Hulk for such an endeavor, but the Hulk was too savage and unreliable, so instead, they opted for his cousin - Jennifer Walters, the She-Hulk. [1]
