Overview[]
Tetsuo Teri was a man in his late twenties who lived in Shizuoka Prefecture on the island of Honshu in Japan. An inventor by trade (though one that still lived with his mother), he created a sonic projection device that was actually just a hi-tech rape whistle. Despite this, Tetsuo's invention caught the attention of a woman named Miss Namikawa, who represented a company that had an interest in marketing Tetsuo's designs. Ultimately however, Miss Namikawa was revealed to be an alien member of the Xian race. Tetsuo's involvement with her brought him to her homeworld of Planet X. His invention proved to be of significant import as the high frequency decibel range of his device caused the evil Xians tremendous pain.
