Terry Long is a fictional teacher and a supporting character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He is associated with the Teen Titans line of comic book titles.
Biography[]
Terry Long was a professor of history. He dated and later married his student Donna Troy, with whom he had one child Robert. At that point, he was already a divorced father of Jennifer Long. Terry had a long problem with finishing what he started, which eventually cost him his job, as he failed to turn in any academic papers during his tenure. He got a new job in a bookstore, but he did not like that. He eventually got another tenure, and published several books. Though their relationship seemed golden at the start, they eventually grew apart and divorced. Several years later, Terry, Robert and Jennifer were killed in a car crash in New Hampshire.
Terry and baby Robert were later resurrected as undead villains during the "Blackest Night" event.
