Terry Farrell is an American film and television actress born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on November 19th, 1963. She is best known for playing the alien Trill character Jadzia Dax on seasons one through six of the syndicated sci-fi series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She played the character in 148 episodes until the end of the season when she was summarily killed off and replaced with another Trill character named Ezri Dax.
Terry Farrell has also appeared in episodes of Quantum Leap, the 1985 relaunch of The Twilight Zone and the quirky animated comedy Tripping the Rift.
Terry Farrell and Deep Space Nine co-star Andrew Robinson have both appeared in different films in the Hellraiser franchise. Robinson appeared in the first film while Farrell was the main character from Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth.
