Terry Bolatinsky is a fictional costumed supervillain who goes by the code name of Dreadbolt. The character is part of the mainstream DC Universe that existed from 1986 to 2011 following the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths. The character was created by writer Sean McKeever and artists Jamal Igle, Ruy José and Jimmy Palmiotti. He first appeared in a one-page cameo in Teen Titans, Volume 3 #55 in March, 2008. His first full appearance was in Teen Titans, Volume 3 #56.

Terry Bolatinsky is a costumed supervillain who calls himself Dreadbolt. He is the son of Larry Bolatinsky, aka, Bolt. Terry was one of the second Clock King's first recruits to join the Terror Titans as a foil to the San Francisco-based superhero team, the Teen Titans.
