Biography[]
Tegra Kalmaku, maiden name unknown, was presumably of Inuit descent. She married Thomas Kalmaku and they lived together in Coast City, California. Tegra was the mother of Keith Kalmaku and Kari Kalmaku.

- The character of Tegra Kalmaku was created by writer John Broome and artist Gil Kane.
- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
- In early appearances of the character, Tegra's first name was spelled as "Terga".
