Talia Winters is a fictional military officer and one of the central characters featured in the 1994-1998 science fiction television series Babylon 5. Played by actress Claudia Christian, she was introduced in the series' pilot episode, "Midnight on the Firing Line". Although she was credited in 44 episodes of the series, the character actually only appeared in 18 episodes.

- Talia Winters was born in the year 2239, the same year as Captain James T. Kirk of Star Trek fame. Ironically, Talia's colleague on Babylon 5, Susan Ivanova, was born in 2230, the same year as Kirk's right-hand-man, Mister Spock.
- Actress Andrea Thompson was married to Babylon 5 co-star Jerry Doyle from 1995 to 1997. They have a son named Al.
