"Whosoever Harms the Hulk..!" is the title to the first story featured in issue #91 of the Tales to Astonish ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story features the character of the Hulk and was written by Stan Lee with artwork and inks by Gil Kane. It was lettered by Artie Simek. The second story is called "Outside the Gates Waits.. Death!" and features the Sub-Mariner. It was written by Stan Lee, drawn by Bill Everett, inked by Dan Adkins, and lettered by Sam Rosen. Both stories were edited by Stan Lee. This issue shipped with a May, 1967 cover date and carries a cover price of .12 cents per copy.

General Ross refers to Betty's kidnapper as the "Abomination". At this point, only the Abomination referred to himself by this name, and it was out of earshot of anyone else. Quite a stroke of coincidence that Ross just happened to coin the exact same name for him.
