The Guardians of the Universe call together all 3,600 members of the Green Lantern Corps for a special emergency meeting on Oa. They warn the GL Corps of the coming of one of their oldest, most dangerous enemies -- Krona. Krona interferes with the assembly, causing the Central Power Battery to explode.
