"Within the Vastness of Viet Nam!" is the title to the first story featured in issue #92 of the Tales of Suspense ongoing comic book story published by Marvel Comics. It was written by Stan Lee with artwork by Gene Colan and inks by Frank Giacoia. It was lettered by Sam Rosen. The story features Tony Stark as Iron Man. The second feature is a Captain America tale called "Before My Eyes, Nick Fury Died!", which was written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott with lettering by Artie Simek. Both stories were edited by Stan Lee. This issue shipped with an August, 1967 cover date and carries a cover price of .12 cents per copy.

- The character of Captain America was created by writer Joe Simon and artist Jack Kirby. He was introduced in the pages of Captain America Comics #1, published by Timely Comics in March, 1941.
- Iron Man was created by writers Stan Lee & Larry Lieber and artist Don Heck. He first appeared in the first story presented in Tales of Suspense #39 in March, 1963 titled "Iron Man Is Born!".
- This is the first appearance of Trung Tuan, also known as Half-Face. He is not to be confused with the DC Comics character Two-Face.
- This is the first, and to date, only known appearance of the Mecho-Assassin, not including flashbacks.
