"The Demon's Here to Stay!" is the title to the first story featured in the third and final issue of the Tales of Ghost Castle horror anthology series published by DC Comics. It was written by Jack Oleck with artwork by Ernie Chan and inks by Bill Draut. The second story is called "A Very Private Hell!" and was written by Robert Kanigher with artwork & inks by Frank Redondo. The third and final tale is called "In the Eye of the Beholder", written by Mal Warwick and illustrated by Bill Draut. All stories were edited by Tex Blaisdell with Paul Levitz as assistant editor. This issue shipped with a September-October, 1975 cover date and carries a cover price of .25 cents per copy.
