The T-16 Skyhopper is a fictional vehicle featured in the Star Wars multimedia franchise. It made its first appearance in Star Wars: From the Adventures of Luke Skywalker in 1976, which was the official novelization of the 1977 feature film Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. The Skyhopper does not appear in the film, however there is a scene where Luke Skywalker can be seen playing with a toy model version of the Skyhopper. Later in the film, Luke tells an incredulous Wedge Antilles about how he used to "bulls-eye womp rats in my T-16 back home...".
