Suren is a fictional vampire and a supporting character from season two of the North American supernatural drama series Being Human. She was introduced in the second episode of season two, "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?" and made seven appearances in the series in total.
Overview[]
Suren is an eight-hundred-year-old vampire and both the literal and supernatural child of the vampire elder Mother. Her mother's dominating authoritative rule pushed Suren towards a life of hedonism and recklessness and she has been involved romantically with both Aidan Waite and Henry Durham. A scandal, which resulted in a massacre in the 1930s forced Mother to put Suren to ground for eighty years. She was revived in 2012 whereupon Mother instructed Aidan Waite to groom her as the new vampire leader of Boston.
