Season Ten of the dark fantasy-horror series Supernatural aired on the CW Network from October 7th, 2014 to May 20th, 2015, spanning a total of twenty-three episodes. Series regulars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki reprise their roles as brothers Dean & Sam Winchester. Actor Misha Collins returns in his third season as a series regular. Joining the main cast is Mark Sheppard as Crowley, who has been a recurring antagonist on the series since midway through season five. Sam Winchester embarks on a frantic for missing brother Dean, who has disappeared without a trace. The road to recovering the wayward Dean takes Sam down dark paths, with consequences that will shake the boys to their core. Along the way, Sam encounters a former US marine named Cole Trenton, who apparently knows Dean and wants revenge for Dean killing his father. Meanwhile, Castiel, with the aid of Hannah, has to pick up the pieces in the aftermath of Metatron's campaign. But with his grace failing and rogue angels still on the loose, Cas faces the ticking clock of his own mortality. After Sam learns that Dean is a demon, because of Crowley and the Mark of Cain, Sam eventually finds him, with help from Crowley, but so does Cole. While Dean and Cole meet and duke it out, Dean overpowers Cole and nearly kills him. But Sam manages to trap Dean with holy water and handcuffs carved with devils-trap symbols.

- Supernatural was created by Eric Kripke and developed for television by Kripke, McG and Ben Edlund. It was produced by Kripke Enterprises and Warner Bros. Television. The series ran for fifteen seasons from 2005 to 2020, spanning a total of 326 episodes. Although the primary cast consists only of Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) and Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester), it also features a semi-regular cast of recurring characters such as Jeffrey Dean Morgan as John Winchester (Sam and Dean's father), Jim Beaver as Bobby Singer, Samantha Ferris as Ellen Harvelle and Misha Collins as the angel Castiel.
- This seasons comprises episodes 196-218.
- Episodes 10x03, "Soul Survivor", was directed by series star Jensen Ackles. This is his fourth episode of the show as a director, and his only episode for this season.
