Superman and the Mole Men is a feature length film of the superhero fantasy genre. It is based on the character of Superman as seen in comic books published by DC Comics. The movie was directed by Lee Sholem with a screenplay written by Robert Maxwell under the pseudonym Richard Fielding. It was produced independently by Lippert Pictures and premiered in the United States on November 23rd, 1951.
