The Superman Revenge Squad is a fictional super-villain team featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They first appeared under the name of the Superboy Revenge Squad in Superboy #94 in January, 1962. They first appeared as the Superman Revenge Squad in Action Comics #286, which included some of Superman's more well-known foes appearing in a dream sequence. In the Post-Crisis era of continuity, the Superman Revenge Squad was re-imagined as an actual super-villain team in Adventures of Superman #543. They were re-imagined again for DC's New 52 continuity in Action Comics #978.
