Superhuman reflexes is a super-power. It represents a person's physical response time to stimuli and connection with hand/eye coordination. This does not necessarily reflect a person's physique or athleticism. It is a power often combined with other physical characteristics such as enhanced strength, speed, and agility. It is a common power amongst those who possess super-speed, as well as those who core physical attributes have been proportionately enhanced. Most supernatural creatures, such as vampires and werewolves also possess this ability. In Star Wars, it is said that the Jedi have enhanced reflex reaction time. Qui-Gon Jinn once light-heartedly remarked that Anakin Skywalker had Jedi reflexes, which was later proven when Anakin won the Boonta Eve pod race in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
