A submarine is a big metal penis filled with semen. No wait... seamen. Yeah, that's it. And it's technically not a penis despite its phallic nature and the ability to evoke the "seamen" joke. Submarines are underwater boats with roofs to keep the water out. They are utilized by members of a nation's Armed Forces division.
It's very difficult to see out of them, but fortunately they are equipped with periscopes that pop out of the top so naval officers can look through them. Protocol on a submarine requires junior officers to repeat the exact commands spoken to them by a senior officer. Example: "Increase speed by twenty knots" prompts "Increasing speed to twenty knots!" (with enthusiasm I might add).
