"...And the Seas Shall Explode!" is the title to the first story in issue #63 of the first Sub-Mariner ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Bill Everett with dialogue by Steve Gerber. It was illustrated by Sam Kweskin with Syd Shores on inks. It was colored by Glynis Wein and lettered by Artie Simek. The second story is a "Tales from Atlantis" feature titled "Cataclysm!", which is written by Steve Gerber and plotted by Howard Chaykin. Chaykin also penciled the story with inks by Joe Sinnott and lettering by John Costanza. Both stories were edited by Roy Thomas. This issue shipped with a July, 1973 cover date and carries a cover price of .20 cents per copy.
