"Who Am I?" is the title to the fiftieth issue of the first Sub-Mariner ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written, illustrated, and colored by Bill Everett and lettered by John Costanza. The cover art illustration was rendered by Gil Kane and Vince Colletta. - Namor, the Sub-Mariner was created by writer and artist Bill Everett.
- The Sub-Mariner has the distinction of being the very first comic book superhero of the Marvel Universe. He was introduced in Motion Picture Funnies Weekly #1 in April, 1939 - six months prior to the release of Marvel Comics #1, which is generally considered the first appearance of the mainstream Marvel Universe.
- Letterer John Costanza is credited as Jon Costa in this issue.
- This is the first appearance of Namorita, who is the younger cousin to Namor, and the genetic clone/daughter of Namora. She appears next in Sub-Mariner #51
