Biography[]
Stuka was a criminal underling and a member of Intergang. He worked for division chief Steel Hand. Stuka had a hand in the murder of Thaddeus Brown, the original Mister Miracle, and the capture of Brown's successor, Scott Free.
Stuka also invented a robot designed as a testing tool so that Steel Hand could gauge the strength level of his prosthetic. Stuka bragged that his robot could punch holes in a battle ship. He used a remote control to increase the gripping strength of the robot, and Steel Hand tested it by engaging in an arm-wrestling contest with the robot.
