"Death Ship!" is the story title to the 179th issue of volume one of the Strange Tales comic book series by Marvel Comics. It is the eleventh issue of the series since being revived in 1973. The story was written by Jim Starlin, who also provided the interior artwork and composed the cover art illustration for this issue. Coloring was provided by Glynis Wein and it was lettered by Tom Orzechowski. The story was edited by Len Wein. This issue shipped with an April, 1975 cover date and carried a cover price of 25 cents per copy (US).

  • The Magus appears in flashback and as a cameo image in Adam Warlock's mind only in this issue.
  • This is the first, and to date, only known appearance of Sliggs, who is one of Captain Autolycus' underlings; possibly dies off-panel in this issue
  • Three of Autolycus' men, Armgh, Klegg and Montrose are referenced in this issue, but are not actually seen. Behind-the-scenes appearances only for all three. They were all incapacitated by Adam Warlock.
