Description[]
The stellar helmet was developed by scientist Axel Storm. It could harness and absorb stellar radiation for a wide variety of effects. It had the ability to alter the molecular state of an object, transforming it from one thing into another. It could channel and project cosmic energy, could take control of the minds of others, and create constructs of pure energy.
History[]
Brain Storm was at The Dark Side bar with several other D-list super-villains of note and entered in a game of poker. In an all-or-nothing hand, he wagered his stellar helmet, but lost it to a reporter named Wally Tortolini.
