Biography[]
Stefan Wasserman was born in Europe in the year 1902. When he was almost fourteen-years-old, he lied about his age to join the German Army during the Great War. He served in Verdun, France. Following his discharge in 1917, Stefan Wasserman suffered from tremendous post-traumatic stress syndrome, and fell into what many of era referred to as a "sleeping sickness". This sickness was actually a side-effect of Morpheus - the Lord of Dreams being captured by occult mage Roderick Burgess in 1916. A year after his discharge, Stefan Wasserman committed suicide.
