- Voice actor James Doohan is best known for his portrayal of Chief Engineer Montgomery "Scotty" Scott on the regular Star Trek TV series, the animated series and the Star Trek feature films.
- James Doohan also provided the voice for the character of Agmar in that same episode.
- Stavos Keniclius V also appeared in the short story "The Rules of War" featured in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds anthology series. This story established that the first Stavos Keniclius was an Augment similar to Khan Noonien Singh and his followers.
