Description & History[]
The State Home for Foundlings is an orphanage located in Sage, Nebraska. It was founded by the evil geneticist Nathaniel Essex, who was operating under the name Mister Milbury at the time. Though the above-ground levels of the foundling home functioned as a proper orphanage, the lower levels were dedicated exclusively towards Mister Sinister's genetic experiments. Outside of Essex himself, the staff of the orphanage consisted of a hawkish administrator named Mister Pearson as well as a physician named Robyn Hanover, whose passion for her work forged a close bond between she and a young orphan named Scott Summers.
