It was directed by David Straiton with a teleplay written by Melissa Carter. It premiered on the DC Universe streaming service on Monday, June 15th, 2020. - This is the first episode of the series that is not a one-word title.
- This is the first appearance of the Charles McNider artificial intelligence. The actual Charles McNider was killed off in the beginning of the pilot episode.
- Episode 1x02, "S.T.R.I.P.E." indicated that Rex Tyler had survived the massacre of the JSA from the pilot episode. This episode shows that he was killed off by Solomon Grundy the following year.
- This is the third appearance of Solomon Grundy, who appears as a cameo once again, and only in flashback. He appeared last (briefly) in episode 1x02, "S.T.R.I.P.E.".
