"Womrmhole X-Treme!" is the twelfth episode of season five of the science fiction television series Stargate SG-1 and the one-hundredth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Peter DeLuise with a teleplay written by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie based on a story treatment by Mallozzi, Mullie, and Brad Wright. It first aired on Showtime on September 8th, 2001.
