"Flesh and Blood" is the first episode of season ten of the science fiction television series Stargate SG-1 and is the 194th episode of the series overall. It was directed by William Waring and written by Robert C. Cooper. It first aired on SyFy on Friday, July 14th, 2006. In this episode, the Ori leave to begin their holy crusade and purify the galaxy of evil. As the remnants of the makeshift Milkyway fleet come together, Vala Mal Doran gives birth to her baby, the Orici, genetically altered by the Ori to command their forces. Daniel Jackson must pretend to be an Ori warrior while he is with Vala and her soldier husband, Tomin, on the Orici's flagship which has just arrived on Chulak to convert the Jaffa into believing in Origin.
