Starcrash is an American and Italian co-produced independent feature film of the science fiction genre. It was written and directed by Lewis Coates with a screenplay co-written by Nat Wachsberger. It was produced by Nat and Patrick Wachsberger Productions and premiered theatrically in the United States on March 9th, 1979. It made an earlier screening in West Germany on December 21st, 1978.
