Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is an American science fiction and adventure video game that takes place within the continuity of the Star Wars multimedia franchise. It is one of the last major projects of the original "Expanded Universe", and is the only video game that franchise creator George Lucas had direct involvement in. It yielded a sequel game in 2010. Despite Lucas' involvement, these games are no longer considered part of the official Star Wars canon following the buyout of Lucasfilm by Walt Disney Productions in 2011. The game was produced by LucasArts and released on September 16th, 2008.

- Jimmy Smits is the only actor who actually played the live-action iteration of their character in the film series. Smits played Bail Organa in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
- Voice actress Grey DeLisle is credited as Grey Griffin in this game.
- Voice actor Roger Jackson is credited as Roger L. Jackson in this game.
- There are two Cox in this game, Nathalie Cox and Chris Cox. By all accounts there does not seem to be any connection between the two. Which is good, since it is a bad idea to let two Cox touch one another.
