Star Wars: Return of the Jedi is an American four-issue comic book limited series published by Marvel Comics. It is the official comic book adaptation of the 1983 sci-fi/fantasy film Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. The series was simultaneously printed in its entirety in Marvel Super Special #27. The series was published from October, 1983 to January, 1984. Each issues shipped with a cover price of 60 cents per copy (US), 70 CAD per copy (Canada) and 25 GBP in the United Kingdom.
The comic adaptation was written by Archie Goodwin based on the original script by George Lucas and Lawrence Kasdan. It was illustrated by Al Williamson and Carlos Garzon and colored by Christie Scheele and Bob Sharen. The series was lettered by Ed King and edited by Michael Higgins and Jo Duffy. Artist Bill Sienkiewicz provided the cover art illustrations. Ron Frenz provided additional pencil work on issue #4 and Tom Palmer provided additional inks on that issue as well.

- Star Wars: Return of the Jedi was presented as it's own four-issue limited series separate from that of the regular Marvel Comics Star Wars series. The official movie adaptations for Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope was presented in issues #1-6 of the regular series while Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back was presented in issues #39-44.
