- "Will Riker, you have been my trusted right arm for fifteen years. You have kept my course true and steady. Deanna Troi, you've been my guide... and my conscience. You have helped me recognize the better parts of myself. You are my family. And in best maritime tradition, I wish you both clear horizons. My good friends - make it so."

Star Trek: Nemesis is an American science fiction film and the tenth and final installment in the original Star Trek film series. It is also the fourth film to spotlight the crew of the 1980s-90s television series Star Trek: The Next Generation. Following this movie, the franchise was rebooted, establishing a new continuity in an alternate timeline begining with the 2009 film Star Trek. Star Trek: Nemesis was directed by Stuart Baird and produced by Marty Hornstein, Rick Berman and Peter Lauritson for Paramount Pictures. The movie was released theatrically in the United States on December 13th, 2002. An official soundtrack for the film was released on November 26th, 2002 and both a novelization and junior reader novelization were published by Pocket Books and Aladdin Paperbacks.
The central antagonist of the film is a Romulan named Shinzon, who happens to be a clone of Enterprise captain Jean-Luc Picard. Having grown up as a slave on the planet Remus, Shinzon allies himself with neither the Federation nor the Romulan Empire. As the crew of the Enterprise become involved with Shinzon's mad schemes, they discover an android named B-1 - a robot who is an exact replica of Lieutenant Commander Data.
