History[]
Stanford High School was a public high school located in Los Angeles, California. The only known staff member at the school was Rachel Jana, who was a basketball coach. After the final practice of the season, she had her girls hit the showers where they interreacted with each other and made plans for the weekend. Most members of a particular friend group seemed to have issue with a new student named Valerie Bates, though Trish Devereaux extended the hand of friendship to her and invited her to come over to her house for a slumber party.
Outside the school grounds, two male students named Jeff and Neil observed an attractive telephone line worker named Mary finishing up a job. Jeff flirted with her a bit, but when she returned to her van, she was attacked by escaped serial killer Russ Thorn, who murdered her by drilling a hole through her forehead with a power drill.
As final classes let out for the day, a student named Linda, who had forgotten one of her books, returned to the school. Russ Thorn attacked her, chasing Linda all throughout the hallways. He finally managed to corner her and kill her with his drill.
