Spider Riders is a Canadian and Japanese animated television series of the action & adventure genres. It is based on a series of novels that began publication in 2004. The three novels were adapted into an animated series with a Japanese production staff. The series was created by Tedd Anasti, Patsy Cameron-Anasti and Stephen D. Sullivan. The television series was produced by FUNimation Entertainment and was broadcast on TV Tokyo in Japan from June 17th, 2006 to April 29th, 2007, spanning a total of 52 episodes. In the North American market, Spider Riders was broadcast on Teletoon, This TV, and formerly on the Kids' WB.
