Spider-Man Unlimited is an American animated television series of the superhero fantasy genre. It is based on the character of Spider-Man as seen in comic book titles published by Marvel Comics. The series began airing on FOX Kids on October 2nd, 1999, but was discontinued after only three episodes. FOX resumed airing the show in late 2000, completely its initial thirteen-episode seasonal run. Plans were in place for a second season, to continue plot points leftover from the season cliffhanger, but these never materialized and the series was cancelled. The premise of the show differed from other Spider-Man projects in that it took its main character, Peter Parker, and transitioned him to another planet dubbed Counter-Earth. The role of Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, was voiced by actor Rino Romano.
