"Planet of the Symbiotes, Chapter Two: Lurkers!" is the title to the Spider-Man Super Special one-shot published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by David Michelinie with artwork by Joe St. Pierre and inks by Greg Adams. It was colored by Tom Smith and lettered by Bill Oakley. The cover art illustration was rendered by Joe St. Pierre and Terry Austin. The story was edited by Tom Brevoort with Danny Fingeroth as group editor. This issue shipped with a July, 1995 cover date and carries a cover price of $3.95 per copy (US).
The character of Spider-Man was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962 in a story titled "Spider-Man!" The character has since gone on to become one of the most well-known and enduring super-heroes of all time, having appeared in numerous comic book titles, as well as feature films, animated projects and video games.
