Spider-Man Adventures is an American ongoing comic book series of the superhero fantasy genre. It is associated with the character of Spider-Man and is an adaptation of the Spider-Man animated television series on FOX Kids. The series was published by Marvel Comics and ran for fifteen issues from December 1994 to March 1996.

- The character of Spider-Man was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962 in a story titled "Spider-Man!" The character has since gone on to become one of the most well-known and enduring super-heroes of all time, having appeared in numerous comic book titles, as well as feature films, animated projects and video games.

- As this series adapts material from the Spider-Man animated television series, the stories chronicled within do not take place in the mainstream Marvel Universe.
- The first four issue of this series was reprinted by Kellogg's in 1996.
- Issue #1 of the series shipped with a variant cover of the main Alex Saviuk spot illustration, but with a white background. Spider-Man's costume is much darker on the cover than the regular edition.
- The cover to Spider-Man Adventures #1 is an homage to the Todd McFarlane cover from Amazing Spider-Man #300.
