Spider-Man: Lifeline is an American comic book limited series of the superhero fantasy genre. It was published by Marvel Comics and features the character of Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man. The series ran for three issues from April-June, 2001. The series was written by Fabian Nicieza with artwork by Steve Rude and inks by Bob Wiacek. It was colored by Greg Wright and lettered by John Costanza. The title was edited by Ralph Macchio.

- The character of Spider-Man was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962 in a story titled "Spider-Man!" The character has since gone on to become one of the most well-known and enduring super-heroes of all time, having appeared in numerous comic book titles, as well as feature films, animated projects and video games.
