Biography[]
Soo-Lin Chu is a woman of Chinese descent. She lived in Hong Kong with her elderly grandfather and was engaged to a man named Bernard Roberts. Soo-Lin was very proficient in electronics and computer hardware & software. In this capacity, she became a major asset to billionaire industrialist Tony Stark. She worked for the Hong Kong branch of Stark Enterprises and was vital in exorcising a computer demon known as the All-Devourer from the SE mainframe. [1]
Tony enlisted Soo-Lin's expertise when he needed someone to infiltrate the Mandarin's inner circle and hack into the satellite relay systems to his island castle. Soo-Lin went undercover as a communications specialist on a film crew. When no one was looking, she used her computer to upload a Stark Enterprises virus into the castle's security systems, thus disengaging the locks that were holding Stark's friends Bambi Arbogast, Jim Rhodes and Felix Alvarez captive. [2]
Shortly after Tony's latest confrontation with the Mandarin, Stark re-opened up a branch of Stark Enterprises in Hong Kong. In all likelihood, he may have hired Soo-Lin to work at this facility.
