Son of Kong is an American feature film of the adventure genre. It is the sequel to King Kong, which was directed by Merian C. Cooper and released in 1933. Son of King was directed by Ernest B. Schoedsack with a script written by Ruth Rose. It was produced by RKO Radio Pictures and premiered in the United States on December 22nd, 1933. The film stars Robert Armstrong reprising the role of Carl Denham, which he played in King Kong.
