"Sacrifice" is the nineteenth episode of season nine of the superhero fantasy series Smallville, and the 194th episode of the series overall. It was directed by Kevin G. Fair with a script written by Bryan Q. Miller based on a story treatment by Justin Hartley and Walter Wong. It first aired on the CW Network on April 30th, 2010. In this episode, Chloe Sullivan and Tess Mercer find themselves trapped when Watchtower goes on lock-down. Clark Kent learns that Zod's followers have come into the Kryptonian powers, and Oliver Queen decides to bring the fight to Zod directly.
