"Charade" is the eighteenth episode of season nine of the superhero fantasy series Smallville, and the 193rd episode of the series overall. It was directed by Brian Peterson with a script written by Don Whitehead and Holly Henderson. It first aired on the CW Network on April 23rd, 2010. In this episode, disgraced district attorney Raymond Sacks is released from prison. A photographer captures a snap-shot of "The Blur" and goes to sell it to Sacks. Sacks has a powerful benefactor in the form of Maxwell Lord. And Lois wears a bunny costume.
