The Twist[]

In fact, it was Peter who survived. Adopted by a twisted aunt, who desperately wanted a girl, she re-named him Angela and psychologically manipulated the child's gender identity. The end of the film reveals that "Angela" is actually a boy.
- A college student served as a body double for Angela at the film's climax. Allegedly, the student had to be plied with copious amounts of alcohol before agreeing to be filmed nude. A mask of Angela's face was placed over the actor.
