Slappy is a fictional clown and a minor character featured in comic books published by Image Comics under their Top Cow Productions imprint. He first appeared in Rising Stars #0 in March, 1999.
Biography[]
Slappy was a man dressed as a clown. He was hired to entertain the Specials when they were all children, in order to make them feel more comforted in their observable environments. The children felt differently however, and came after Slappy, roughing him up with their various powers.
