"Echo of a Distant Scream" is the tenth episode of season one of the paranormal investigation television series The Sixth Sense and the tenth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Earl Bellamy with a screenplay written by Don Ingalls. It first aired on ABC on April 1st, 1972.
