Singh Manh Lee is a fictional politician featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He appeared in the Birds of Prey: Black Canary/Oracle one-shot special in January, 1996.
Biography[]
Singh Manh Lee was a military leader, and the ruler of the Southeast Asian country of Rheelasia, where he had acquired the title President for Life. Unfortunately for Singh, the "For Life" part became unpredictably shortened as he was murdered by a terrorist cell known as the Green Brotherhood.
