Simon Maddicks is a fictional mercenary and costumed super-villain and a recurring antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He first appeared in issue #1 of the Rampaging Hulk magazine series in January, 1977.
Origin[]
As a young man, Simon Maddicks did a tour in the military, which provided him with basic combat experience. After leaving the military, he hired himself out as a mercenary. He was employed by the Roxxon Corporation, who had lab technicians from their subsidiary, the Brand Corporation, give Maddicks enhanced physical characteristics.
