Silver Sable International is a fictional business featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man #265 in June, 1985.
Description[]
Silver Sable International is an incorporated security firm that hires mercenaries for above-the-board missions involving security, and the recovery of criminals at large. It was founded by the Sablinova family of Symkaria and is headed by Silver Sablinova.
The boots-on-the-ground division of Silver Sable International are referred to as the Wild Pack. They comprise some of the most elite former military soldiers, as well as some altered humans such as the Sandman and Battlestar.
Silver Sable International targeted the Black Fox - an aging cat burglar who had pulled jobs in France and New York City. They almost nabbed him in New York, but Spider-Man interfered, and the Black Fox escaped. [1]
Later, J. Jonah Jameson hired Silver Sable International who sent the Wild Pack out to capture Venom. They were armed with hi-tech sonic blasters. [2]
