Plot[]
The Ooze family are very disappointed with their youngest member, Sigmund, who doesn't like trying to scare humans. His parents and older brothers give him an ultimatum; either shape up or ship out. Sigmund runs away from his grotto cave and discovers two boys on the beach named Johnny and Scott Stuart. Failing to scare them, he instead falls over. The boys are intrigued by the small sea monster and carry him back to their clubhouse on Johnny's surfboard. They decide to keep Sigmund as their new friend, but struggle to keep his existence a secret - especially from the family housekeeper, Zelda. It isn't long though before Sigmund's older brothers, Blurp & Slurp, come creeping up to take him back to their cave.
